1. Delivery on the KA side to 11.11.2022 to 37 RC addresses and to 25.11.2022 to 495 TT MS
2. Preliminary descent of layouts 06.10.2022 The descent of the layouts is possible until 24:00 on the days of descent.

5. Providing the spacecraft with a preliminary/actual schedule for the delivery of the spacecraft
6. Provision of KA scans of the act of acceptance of receipt of cargo with a mark and seal for the Customer
7. Providing samples in the amount of 2 pcs. and color samples to the customer before the start of printing the main volume
8. Selection of a supplier for the implementation of the project according to the results of sample testing. Mandatory compliance of the sample with the source of the layout in the CMYK and PANTONE layout.
Providing samples to the customer in the amount of 4 pcs.
9. The final application may change in volume in the context of the RC, but the RC addresses are the same. Possible downtime on the RC 1-2 days.
10. The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of ORDERS by 15% (both upward and downward) from the one agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
11. The possibility of making minor changes to the application, the CA should be flexible.
12. The possibility of storing RIM in the KA warehouse.
13. Creating an A4 instruction sheet and embedding it in a bundle together with a RIM for understanding the placement of advertising products in the sales area of retail facilities.
