The ongoing Competition is not a Competition (a form of competitive bidding process) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The venue of the request for proposals is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid specification in accordance with the Contract and the Terms of Reference.
The objects are located at: Leningrad region, Vsevolzhsky district, Bugrovskoye rural settlement, Poroshkino massif, building 1734

The request for proposals will be held from 17.04.24 to 15:00 25.04.24 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Consent and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract with appendices to it, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Competitive Bidding process regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix no. 2) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Counterparty's card (Appendix No. 1) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;
• All other documents in accordance with the qualification requirements by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;

The commercial offer must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
