The ongoing Competition is not a Competition (a form of competitive bidding process) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The venue of the request for proposals is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Bid-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Requirements Specification.

The request for proposals will be held from 28.08.23 to 15:00 04.09.23 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Agreement with the Requirements Specification and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract with appendices, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Competitive Bidding process regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• The questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• An official letter with a list of objects (where services relevant to the competitive bidding process were provided) in PDF format should be uploaded to the site.

• An official letter indicating the date of the visit to the facility.
• A letter of guarantee for the provision of at least 30 employees for the provision of services within a week after signing the Contract at the bidding of the Customer. All employees must have valid medical books that meet the requirements of food production and permits for work in the territory of the Russian Federation, including patents of the Ministry of Defense (if required).
