We invite you to take part in the Request for proposals for the choice of a spacecraft for the provision of services for the supply of freon in the BE "Ready food"

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).

Procedure and conditions of participation

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be held on 07.06.2023 until 15:00 on 15.06.2023 (Moscow time) with the possibility of extension after the end of the regular time.

Offers of participants who have not confirmed the placed bids (to the Ole email.Kalinina@x5.ru ) within three hours after the end of the procedure, will not be accepted for consideration. Must match the bids submitted on b2b-center.ru .

When submitting the price, the participant is obliged to attach:
 regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2) by uploading documents to the ETP;
 a completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
 counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP;
 letter of agreement with the terms of the terms of reference and willingness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form on the letterhead of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;

Correction of Tender documentation forms (addition/deletion of lines, change of wording) by Participants is not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
