Second stage
The Contest is not a Contest (a form of bidding) provided for under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest is an invitation to make offers.

Conditions and conditions of participation in the request for proposals

Participation in this request for proposals is gratuitous.

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Specification Application (Annex 1) in accordance with the Technical Assignment.

Delivery is carried out: Moscow region, city. Dolgoprudny, mcr. Paveltsevo, New Highway, 40

The request for proposals will take place from 21.07.21 to 16:00 on 23.07.21 pm (Moscow time) with possible extensions after completion of the main time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• consent to the terms of the Technical Assignment and willingness to sign the Customer's Model Contract Form, in the form of a free form official letter on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with signature and printing the organization by uploading documents to ETP;
• PDF trading regulations signed and printed by the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Qualifications Qualifications Questionnaire (Annex 3) in Excel and PDF formats, signed and printed by the organization by uploading documents to ETP;
• Counterparty card (Annex 4) in Excel and PDF, signed and printed by the organization by uploading documents to ETP;
• if the Company is on a simplified tax system, you must send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;
The commercial offer should be valid for at least a year from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
