We invite you to participate in the Request for Proposals Selection of the CA for the supply of laundry chemicals to be "Ready Meal"
The request for proposals is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for by Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Competition is a Request for Proposals (an invitation to make offers).

Rules and Conditions of Participation

The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Specification Application (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Technical Assignment and its Annex.

The venue of the procedure is set b2b-center.ru.
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The Request for Proposals will be held on October 25, 2021 until 12:00 on November 2, 2021 (Moscow time) without possible extension after the end of the regular time.

A prerequisite for participation is to attach to b2b-center.ru the final offer following the Request for Proposals (certified by the executive officer's signature and the organization's seal) with by specifying: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT.
Participants who have not confirmed their bids (email Ole.Kalinina@x5.ru) within three hours will not be accepted for consideration. Must match the rates filed at b2b-center.ru.

When submitting the price, the participant must attach:
ü regulations signed by the responsible officer and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2) by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü completed questionnaire - Qualification Requirements (Appendix #3 of the tender documents) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the executive officer's signature and the organization's seal) by downloading ETP documents;
ü Counterparty card (Appendix #4 of the Tender Documents) in Excel electronic format by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü Letter — consent to the terms of the technical assignment and willingness to sign the standard contract form (in free form on the organization's letterhead) by uploading documents to the ETP;

Adjustment of the forms of the Tender Documentation (adding/deleting lines, changing wording) is not permitted by Participants.
