Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:cashless payment, 100% payment upon delivery of each consignment of equipment. Payment shall be made in RUB within 30 calendar days from provision of the originals of duly executed tax invoices, consignment notes to the Customer.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the Terms of Reference and the Address Program.

A MANDATORY CONDITION for participation in the procedure is the ATTACHMENT on the site filled in excel / word, as well as scanned copies with the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization of the originals of the FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

1. Application-Specification;
2. Qualification Questionnaire;
3. KA card;
4. Letter of agreement for basic terms.

This RFP is not a tender (form of bidding) within the meaning of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and shall not cause any legal obligations of the Buyer to select the Supplier.

1. Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1);
2. Qualification Questionnaire (Appendix # 2);
3. KA card (Appendix No. 3);
4. Letter of consent to the basic conditions (Appendix # 6).
5. Regulation (Appendix No. 8).

For EQUIPMENT, the price is indicated in US $ or in Russian rubles (you can choose to submit bids for each lot in different currencies).
DELIVERY prices are available only in Russian rubles!
