The ongoing Competition is not a Competition (a form of competitive bidding process) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The venue of the request for proposals is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru
Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the Requirements Specification:

Please note: The deadline for providing samples: no more than 5 working days from the end date of the first stage of the request for proposals. Strictly until 15:00 07.02.2024

The request for proposals will be held from 02/21/24 to 15:00 on 02/29/24 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• agreement with the terms of the Terms of Reference and readiness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Competitive Bidding process regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• The questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;
Offers from Bidders who have not confirmed their bids (strictly in accordance with the bids submitted on the site) in the Bid Specification form (in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization) to Ole email.Kalinina@x5.ru within three hours after the end of the procedure, will not be accepted for consideration.
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least one year.
