The second stage
The Competition being held is not a Competition (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
Location of the request for proposals – electronic bidding system b2b-center.ru
Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Delivery is carried out to 2 addresses in accordance with the TOR:
1) Moscow region, Dolgoprudny, md. Paveltsevo, New highway, 40
2) 23 km of Novoryazansky sh., p. 27/1

• Attention! The deadline for providing samples: no more than 5 days from the date of publication of the request for proposals.

The request for proposals will be held from 21.11.22 to 12:00 on 24.11.22 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

Pay attention! The unit of measurement is prescribed in the specification and is not subject to change.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• agreement with the terms of the Terms of Reference and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• bidding regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a year.
The date of conclusion of the contract with the winner under this procedure is 20.12.2022.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
