The Contest is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for in Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest is an invitation to make offers.

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
The place of the request for proposals is the electronic trading system b2b-center.ru

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the TOR.

The request for proposals will be open from 12/1/21 to 12/07/21 3:00 PM (UTC), with possible extensions after regular time.

To participate in this stage, you must send:
• Consent to the TOR and readiness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format signed and stamped by the organization by downloading documents on the ETP;
• bidding regulations in PDF format signed and stamped by the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Questionnaire "Qualification Requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats signed and stamped by the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is in a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading documents to the ETP;

The quotation must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
