Second leg

The Competition is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for by Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedures and conditions for participation in the request for proposals
Request for proposals venue — b2b-center.ru electronic bidding system

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Specification Application (Annex No.1) in accordance with the TK.

The request for proposals will be held from 09/27/21 to 3:00pm on 9/29/21 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you will need to send:
• Consent to TK and willingness to sign the Customer's standard contract form, in the form of an official free-form letter on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the company's signature and seal by downloading ETP documents;
• PDF bidding regulations signed and stamped by the organization by uploading documents to the ETP
• Qualification Requirements Qualification Questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the organization's signature and seal by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix #4) in Excel and PDF format with the organization's signature and seal by uploading documents to the ETP;
• If the Company is on a simplified tax system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;

Please note that you are not limited to starting bets. We kindly ask you to give the minimum current rates!
The offer must be valid for at least a year, from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
