1. Terms of payment - 100% post-payment, deferred payment of 60 calendar days.
2. Consent of the contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment).
3. Work experience of at least 1 year, in this industry, availability of existing service contracts, at least one customer, in the service region..
4. The organization must have the necessary materials and spare parts, accessories, tools, fixtures, equipment and facilities that enable the performance of the declared types of work..
5. The absence of initiated cases and overdue obligations to third parties.
6. The warranty period is at least 12 months for completed works, spare parts and materials.
7. Departure to the place of work, delivery of spare parts and materials is carried out by the supplier's transport.
8. Possibility of carrying out repairs on weekends.
9. Consent to work on EDI (yes/no).
10. Consent to work on EDI (yes/no).
11. Contact person from the Bidder's side (full name, position, contact phone number, email).
Other requirements and explanations:
Within 48 hours from the moment the Customer sends the Bid and the necessary components for repair, upon diagnosis.
Repair of the breakdown – within 24 hours, from the moment of receipt of the bid, from the moment of sending electronic messages.
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
