Payment terms:• Payment for services is made monthly in the mode of 100% post-payment with a delay of at least 30 calendar days. The cost of the service should include all expenses for the remuneration of specialists, the purchase of fuel and lubricants, insurance, maintenance and repair, car wash and dry cleaning of the salon, tax expenses and other mandatory payments related to the provision of services

We invite you to take part in the Request for Proposals for the selection of a contractual counterparty for the provision of passenger transportation services for NICE ICE LLC

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).

Procedure and conditions of participation

The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference and its annex.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be held on 05/07/2024 until 15:00 on 05/16/2024 (Moscow time) without a possible extension after the end of the regular time.

Offers from Bidders who have not confirmed their bids in the Bid-specification form and in the form "transportation-appendix to the Requirements Specification" in Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) (to Ole e-mail.Kalinina@x5.ru ) within three hours after the end of the procedure, will not be accepted for consideration. Must match the bids submitted on b2b-center.ru .

When submitting the price, the Bidder is obliged to attach:
 regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2) by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;
 completed application form - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the bidding documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
 counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the Bidding documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
 letter of agreement with the terms of the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (in free form on the company's letterhead) by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
 Other documents requested in the Requirements Specification and Questionnaire Kv. requirements by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace

Correction of Bidding documentation forms (adding/deleting lines, changing wording) by Bidders is not allowed.
