Services for the care of live ornamental and deciduous plants in the offices of PJSC Moscow Exchange and NPOs of JSC NSD, located at the following addresses:
• PJSC Moscow Exchange – Moscow, Bolshoy Kislovsky Lane, 13
• NPOs of JSC NSD – Moscow, Spartak str., 12

The Participant's offer must contain the following documents:
1) Commercial proposal in the form of Appendix No. 8, taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as overhead and transportation costs necessary for the implementation of the project in accordance with the stated Terms of Reference (in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 (Application for Consent) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of the authorized person);
3) Completed Appendix No. 4 (Declaration of Compliance with Customer requirements) in PDF format on the letterhead of the organization with the seal and signature of an authorized person;
4) A completed Participant Questionnaire in the form of Appendix No. 7 (in Word and PDF format with the signature of the authorized person and seal) with all the appendices required in the questionnaire;
5) Copies of existing contracts (at least 3, without commercial conditions) with Customers in multi-storey offices, with an area of each office of at least 3,000 sq.m and with a number of plants in each office of at least 300 pcs.;
6) Portfolio of projects (at least 3) for landscaping offices with an area of at least 1,000 sq.m each (full cycle from the moment of development to the moment of implementation);
7) Portfolio of projects for the last three years on planting and caring for plants in open areas;
8) Data of objects of other Customers to be visited by representatives of the Moscow Exchange Group (in any form);
9) A copy of an extract from the staffing table;
10) Copies of diplomas of specialists in the profile of dendrologist / biologist.
