Payment terms:prices are specified in Russian rubles without VAT.

Order of Payment: 100% post-payment, deferred payment of 10 banking days from the date of submission of the package of supporting documents (invoice, certificate of work performed), and if the documents provided in different terms-the last missing document.
Payment is made by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the supplier.
The date of the buyer's fulfillment of the obligation to pay is considered to be the day of withdrawal from the bank account.

The cost of delivery should include the railway fare, the costs associated with the repair and maintenance of the rolling stock, the supply/cleaning of the wagon to the places of loading/unloading, the registration of all necessary documents for the organization of transportation and other invoices Costs associated with the carriage.
The cost of the flight, carried out by the postal and baggage wagon should be included the export of recyclable materials and returnable packaging (total weight up to 5 tons) with the specified frequency:
• Pechora, Usinsk-every second flight.
• INTA-Every flight.

The validity of the tariffs is fixed for 12 months:

- For the directions of INTA, Pechora and Usinsk, the date of beginning of the fixation of tariffs with 01.04.19 (positions № 1-18, given in the annexes to the procurement documentation [03 specification. docx], [05 form KP. xlsx]).

- For the direction of Vorkuta, the date of beginning of the fixation of tariffs with 01.05.19 (positions № 19-24, given in the annexes to the procurement documentation [03 specification. docx], [05 form KP. xlsx]).
Delivery terms:detailed requirements for participants in the procurement procedure are given in annex [04 qualifying requirements. xlsx].

Loading of cargo in wagons is carried out strictly through a warehouse, with adjoining access railways. The priority is loading of wagons at the existing warehouses X5 Retail Group, located in Syktyvkar and Sosnogorsk:
- Syktyvkar, ul. Forest Park, 32;
- Sosnogorsk, ul. Quay D. 1;
Loading of a wagon in Kotlas is carried out on the ways of common use.
It is also possible to load on alternative warehouses with access railway tracks, in the specified locations of Wagon dispatch (Ukta, Kirov, Kotlas).
Delivery of the wagon to the unloading in Pechora, is carried out at the address: Pechora Str., ul. Rusanova 34
Delivery of the wagon to the unloading in Vorkuta, is carried out at the address: Vorkut, ul. 320 meters to the east of Privokzalno D. 32
Unloading of cargo from wagons in inte and Usinsk is carried out on the ways of common use.

Comments:
up to 17.00 hours (by WCS) "25" February 2019g you need to attach to your application on the electronic platform B2B-Center improved KP (in Excel format and scanned with the stamp and signature of the authorized person) in the form of "05 form KP. Improv." (file in Attachment).

The proposals of the participants shall be equal to or below the initial maximum value, according to annex "05 form KP. Improv.".
Prices exceeding the initial maximum cost can be submitted in the format of the maximum improved initial offer, and will also be considered by the organizers of the procurement procedure.

Attention: The participant can apply for participation on one, several or all lots.

Applications can be submitted only in the form indicated above. If the offer is submitted after the specified period, the customer has the right not to consider such offer. The offer will be considered final. Any changes in the offer after the specified period are possible only upon request of the customer.

The price must be specified without VAT, but the VAT rate indication is mandatory. If the company-member of the request is exempt from VAT, or the VAT rate 0%, please specify it in the comments to the prices. In the request of commercial offers your prices should be in any case specified excluding VAT.

Notice of recognition of the results of the procurement procedure will be sent after consideration of the bids on the tender committee X5 Retail Group.

In the subject of the letter please indicate "choice of counterparty to provide a complex of services for customs clearance in the MoD and regions of the Russian Federation".
