Payment terms:Payment to the Contractor actually performed Project Works is carried out by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement upon the development and coordination of the relevant sections of the Working Documentation with taking into account the detentions provided for by the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the signing by the Customer and the Contractor of 3 (three) copies of the Acceptance Act, 3 (three) $ copies of the Help on the cost of the works performed and costs, subject to receipt by the Customer of 2 (two) original invoices, 2 (two) original invoices issued in accordance with the law Russian Federation on taxes and fees.

Payment to the Contractor actually performed during the Reporting period Construction and Installation works shall be carried out by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Contract on a monthly basis, taking into account the withholding provided By agreement, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Customer and Contractor 3 (three) copies of the Acts on Acceptance of Works, 3 (three) copies of the Certificate on Cost of Performed Works works and costs, subject to the provision of 2 (two) original invoices, 2 (two) original invoices issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.
Delivery terms:Guarantee retention of part of payments (10%) in the account of ensuring the fulfillment of the terms of the contract.
