The purpose of this tender is to select the best Counterparty to provide technical support services for Micro Focus Vertica software for 2021 for Network Svyazny LLC.
This INVITATION is not a contest (bid announcement) and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Also, this INVITATION is not a public contest and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Tender Organizer.
The text of this INVITATION, including all annexes and additions, is not an offer, an invitation to bid, an offer by the Tender Organizer to enter into a contract, but, is identifying needs and inviting a commercial proposal to meet those needs.
