The purpose of this tender is to select the best Supplier to enter into a contract for the supply of RAM modules for automated point-of-sale workstations for LLC" ; Svyaznoy Network.
This INVITATION is not a tender (a bid announcement) and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Also, this INVITATION is not a public contest and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Tender Promoter.
The text of this INVITATION, including all attachments and supplements, does not constitute an offer, an invitation to tender, an offer by the Tender Organizer to enter into a contract, but, constitutes identifying needs and inviting a proposal to meet those needs.
The publication of this INVITATION, the Company's preparation and submission of an offer and subsequent evaluation by the Promoter of the offer received by the Tender does not oblige the Organizer to enter into a contract pay the bills.

By submitting an offer, the Company agrees that any costs incurred by it during the preparation of the offer, as well as in the course of its negotiation, shall be borne by the Company and cannot be billed To the bidder or the companies it represents, in no case.
The terms and conditions of this INVITATION and all related documents, as well as the outcome of meetings and negotiations, shall be treated by the Company as confidential information and commercial information mystery. This information should only be used for the purpose of responding to the INVITATION. Access to the INVITATION by third parties and/or subcontractors shall not be permitted without the Promoter's prior consent.
Any information disclosed by the Company in response to this INVITATION will be considered confidential and will not be used by the Promoter in any way that would identify the source information.
