Dear participants of the purchase!
Your Commercial Offer must specify:
1) The cost of the customer's expenses for fuel cards and fuel in Moscow for 1 month and for 12 months. Consumption volumes are specified in the terms of reference. The price for fuel (in rubles with VAT) – on the day of submission of the CP. The cost formation should be transparent.
2) All costs that may arise during the period of working with fuel cards: the cost of delivery, replacement, maintenance, etc.
3) A list of gas stations available for service on fuel cards, indicating the region, the address of the gas station, own / partner gas station, whether there is a discount / surcharge and their dimensions (in% of the price per liter and / or RUB / liter), the availability of a store, car wash, tire repair
4) The possibility and cost of providing additional services
5) The limit on the card is 10,000 rubles per day.
6) Other terms of cooperation – volume discounts, etc.

Commercial offer in Form 3 Adj._ 3 KP form (on two sheets!) you can duplicate the KP according to your usual form.
