Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Delivery terms:Prices are fixed and valid for the duration of the contract.

Delivery (logistics) is carried out to the Buyer's warehouse by the Seller.

The cost of delivery is included in the cost of the goods and is carried out with the originals of documents (invoice and delivery note).
