5 Delivery by the supplier and at the expense of the supplier's funds to the addresses of the Central Federal District: RC Severny, RC Vnukovo, RC Sprouts
6 Delivery by the supplier and at the expense of the supplier's funds to the addresses of the Northwestern Federal District (RC Shushary)
7 Guarantee - according to the model contract, unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
8 Contractual Counterparty's consent to work on EDI

The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirement) has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the quantity of purchased products by 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease).
