The purpose of this tender is to select the optimal Supplier for concluding an Agreement for the provision of technical support services for Cisco and Juniper network equipment for Network Svyaznoy LLC.
This INVITATION is not a tender (announcement of a tender), and its holding is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Also, this INVITATION is not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations on the Tender Organizer.
The text of this INVITATION, including all attachments and additions, does not constitute an offer, an invitation to participate in the auction, an offer of the Tender Organizer to conclude an agreement, but, is identifying needs and inviting them to submit a quotation to meet those needs.
The publication of this INVITATION, the preparation and submission of the proposal by the Company and the subsequent evaluation by the Tender Organizer of the tender of the received proposal does not oblige the Organizer to conclude an pay bills.
The organizer has the right to stop the tender at any time without giving any reasons.
The Organizer has the right not to consider the Participant's offer without explanation.
An offer submitted by the Company in response to this INVITATION, as well as any subsequent materials submitted by the Company in response to requests for further information, will be considered an offer. By submitting the proposal, the company agrees that all materials related to this proposal, attached to it, or referred to by the proposal, may be included in subsequent contractual agreements agreements between the company and companies represented by the Tender Organizer. The validity period of submitted offers cannot be less than 30 calendar days.
The tender organizer reserves the right to negotiate the conclusion of an agreement with more than one company, if this is in its interests.
By submitting an offer, the company agrees that any costs incurred by it during the preparation of the offer, as well as in the course of its discussion, are the responsibility of the company and cannot be billed The tender organizer or the companies it represents, in any case.
The terms of this INVITATION and all related documents, as well as the results of meetings and negotiations, must be considered by the company as confidential information and information that constitutes commercial mystery. This information should only be used for the purpose of responding to the INVITATION. Access to the INVITATION by third parties and/or subcontractors is not allowed without the prior consent of the Organizer.
Any information disclosed by the Company in response to this INVITATION will be considered confidential and will not be used by the Organizer in any way that will identify the source information.
