9. Delivery time of components and spare parts: from 3 to 15 calendar days from the date of registration of the application; according to the classification of the accident

11. The cost of components for repair and replacement services will be approved by the tariffier and is not subject to revision
12. The warranty for the supplied goods and components is not less than 24 months
