Payment terms:Payment to the Contractor for the actually completed Design work is carried out by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement upon the development and approval of the relevant sections of the Working Documentation, taking into account the deductions provided for by the Agreement, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Customer and the Contractor of 3 (three) copies of the Act on acceptance of the completed design work, 3 (three) copies of the Certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs, subject to the receipt by the Customer of 2 (two) original invoices, 2 (two) original invoices drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.

Payment to the Contractor for the Construction and installation works actually performed during the Reporting period is carried out by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on a monthly basis, taking into account the deductions provided for by the Agreement, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Customer and the Contractor of 3 (three) copies of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed , 3 (three) copies of the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs, subject to the provision of 2 (two) original invoices, 2 (two) original invoices drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.
Delivery terms:Guaranteed retention of part of the payments (10%) to ensure the fulfillment of the terms of the contract.
