Payment terms:Payment to the Contractor of the actually completed Design work is carried out by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement upon the development and approval of the relevant sections of the Working Document, taking into account the deductions provided for by the Agreement, within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Customer and the Contractor of 3 (three) copies of the Act on acceptance of completed design work, 3 (three) copies of a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs, provided that the Customer receives 2 (two) original invoices, 2 (two) original invoices issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.

Payment to the Contractor of the construction and installation works actually performed during the Reporting period is carried out by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on a monthly basis, taking into account the deductions provided for by the Agreement, within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Customer and the Contractor of 3 (three) copies of the Acceptance of Completed Works , 3 (three) copies of the Certificate of cost of work performed and costs, subject to the provision of 2 (two) original invoices, 2 (two) original invoices issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.
Delivery terms:Guaranteed retention of a portion of payments (10%) to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract.

Comments:
