Payment terms:- Desired order of payment: an advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the total cost of work specified in the Contract. Current payments will be made for the actually performed work, within the framework of the Agreement, within 10 (Ten) working days after receiving from the counterparty and signing the "Acceptance Certificate of Completed Work" (form No. КС-2), while of the amount payable for COP-2, the previously paid advance payment amount is withheld.
