Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Six items of equipment at special prices for JSC "Tander" the contractor independently moves to stores from the warehouses of Suppliers of the Rostov region and Krasnodar region. Depot addresses and equipment models with values are communicated to the winners.

Accreditation is provided. Non-accredited Members, upon request of the Customer, will be required to provide additional documents.

A procurement participant can repeatedly improve their price offer before the end of submission.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
