Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear suppliers, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can improve your offers repeatedly until the deadline for submitting applications.

Required! To send an application form (Appendix No. 3), a counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) and a cleaning company application form (Appendix No. 6) in the Excel format during the bidding process by uploading documents to the ETP.
After the end of the auction send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) by email. address: Nina.Luchko@x5.ru. In the subject line of the letter, please specify: "Cleaning of the Distribution Centers of the Macroregion" Moscow "".

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the prohibition of Art. 447-449 Civil Code and does not entail the emergence of jur. obligations at the customer's choice of supplier.
