Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of the application submission.

Necessarily! Upload the following documents to the ETP:
1. Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4);
2. Participant's questionnaire (Appendix # 3);
3. Balance sheet forms 1 and 2 for 2020 with a mark of acceptance by the FTS or the Tax return for 2020 with a mark of acceptance by the FTS.
4. Form 6-NDFL with a mark of acceptance by the Federal Tax Service (Number of individuals who received income), calculation of insurance premiums with a mark of acceptance by the Federal Tax Service (number of insured persons) or a valid personnel lease agreement.
5. An agreement with any organization for the provision of cleaning services, signed by both parties and dated more than 3 years ago. Your company must be a contractor for this contract.
