Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Absolutely! Send the participant's questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) and the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 4) during the bidding process in Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP.
After the end of the auction, send a signed confirmation of the offer (in free form) to the email address: Andrey.Nikitin@x5.ru In the subject of the letter, be sure to specify: "Cleaning of Distribution centers of the North-West Territory."



This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
