Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:after signing the contract (Appendix 5) from two parties, the buyer on the account of the Customer security payment in the amount of 100% of the average monthly sales volume of secondary raw materials.
The basis for the calculation of this Treaty (annex 5) is the desired account, invoice, on form Torg-12 and/or bills of lading, (hereinafter referred to as the payment documents) for the reporting period under the contract (Appendix 5). Reporting period is considered to be a calendar month. Payment documents provided by the seller on a monthly basis, within 10 (ten) working days after the end of the reporting month. Payment under the contract (Appendix 5) Buyer monthly, within 10 (ten) banking days after granting the seller the customer (annex 5) payment documents.
