• Work experience of at least 5 years;
• Mandatory compliance with the requirements of this procurement procedure
• Support of the Customer by the Company during the period of cooperation on issues, visiting problematic objects at the request of the Customer.
• Absence of initiated criminal cases and outstanding convictions against managers;
• The requirements for potential partners and the list of necessary documents for participation in the open prequalification are specified in the terms of reference.
It is necessary to provide :
1.Balance sheet for 2021 / 9 months of 2022
2.Retraining in the following sections:
1. Experience in the BTL market, EVENTs (events for b2C) for at least 5 years.
Positive experience of working with large, federal
companies is mandatory. It is confirmed by a portfolio presentation on the
activities carried out for each year, indicating the Customer, geography and
designation of the task
2. Providing information about the Top 5 clients in the field of implementation
of events for b2c, cases over the past 5 years
3. Experience in conducting projects to integrate the brand into
sponsorship /partner/ exhibition events, indicating at least 2
examples of the implementation of such projects over the past 5 years
4. Experience of large-scale events (event) with gradation of coverage: 1-3
thousand people, Indication of at least 3 examples of the implementation of similar projects over
the past 4 years
5. The availability of internal resources that ensure the development of strategy,
creative concepts, design, implementation of logistics operations on the
scale of the Russian Federation. It is confirmed by slides in the portfolio presentation of the team
of employees allocated to work with TC5: education, qualifications,
work experience, examples of implemented projects
6. Experience of conducting practical jokes built into the mechanics of the event (
at least 2 examples)
