Ranking of bids

The ongoing Request for Proposals is not a Tender (a competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Request for Proposals is an invitation to make offers.

The procurement procedure is carried out in the form of a request for commercial proposals in accordance with the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1).
