Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the deadline for submitting applications.

Absolutely! Send the participant's questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) and the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 4) during the bidding process in Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP. Also, a signed confirmation of the offer must be uploaded to the ETP
(in free form).
