Условия оплаты:• The Customer undertakes to pay for the services rendered by the Contractor within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of services in accordance with the relevant Appendix, provided that the Customer is provided with an invoice for payment, an invoice issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Условия поставки:• The period of cooperation is from 04/01/2024 to 03/31/2025, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.

Comments:
The best offers will be determined during the procurement procedure, divided into 2 stages:
Stage 1 – Preliminary qualification selection – until March 12, 2024 - submission of bids by Bidders on the electronic platform www.b2b-center.ru .
Please note: Bidders who have not attached the full package of documents on the electronic platform or documents filled out incorrectly are not allowed to stage 2 of the procedure and do not participate in further selection.
Stage 2 – closed electronic competitive bidding process among Bidders who have passed the preliminary qualification selection. The competition will be held in the form of an electronic competitive bidding process (online auction) according to the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1). Participation in these competitive bidding processes is free of charge.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
