• To participate in the qualification, each participant must attach the following documents to their application:
• (Appendix # 2, in Excel format) the counterparty card.
• Proposal of a creative concept with implementation in three formats (according to the TOR Appendix 3) and a detailed estimate (indicating the detailed details of positions in Appendix No. 1).
• A company's portfolio with a description of at least 4 large projects (one of which is online), with the mechanics of implementing KPI projects (experience in organizing corporate events over the past 3 years for federal / large companies with at least 1,500 participants, experience in organizing online projects over the past year).
• Tax and accounting reporting (the income of the event of the company based on the results of reporting for six months at the time of the launch of the competition must be at least 25 million rubles (excluding VAT)
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
