Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
• The prices in the auction according to the Specification must be indicated in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measurement, excluding VAT, take into account all necessary taxes, duties and other necessary expenses of the counterparty (tools and equipment for work, unloading-loading, moving, rigging and other work on equipment, transport, travel expenses, etc.) to fulfill the orders of the Customer.
• Method and terms of payment: non-cash form of settlements, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion (provided that the counterparty provides the Customer with the originals, correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) ).
Delivery terms:
• Supply (cooperation) period - October 2020.
• The order of deliveries according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.
• Products are delivered by forces and at the expense of the counterparty daily to the address of the Customer:
