Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• Method and terms of payment: cashless form of payment, 100% postpayment, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery (provided that the counterparty provides the original originals correctly executed in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:• The period of delivery (cooperation) is from 01.05.2020 to 01.05.2021, i.e. not less than 1 year. By the expiry of the specified period a new tender for the next period is going to be held.
• Arrangements for deliveries according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.
• The products are supplied by and at the expense of the counterparty to the addresses of the Customer:
- Vladimir region., Suzdal district, Turtino village, Sovkhoznaya str.

The products shall be packed by the counterparty in such a way that, subject to proper handling of the goods, no damage and/or damage during transport and storage
