Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
• Method and terms of payment: non-cash payment, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery (provided that the counterparty provides the Customer with the originals of the original accounting documents correctly (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, waybills, UPD)).
Delivery terms:
• The period of supply (cooperation) - from 05.15.2020. on 05/15/2021, i.e. not less than 1 year. By the expiry of the specified period a new tender for the next period is going to be held.
• Delivery procedure in accordance with the schedule agreed by the Parties.
• The products are supplied by forces and at the expense of the counterparty daily to the Customer's addresses:
- Vladimir region, Suzdal district, the village of Turtino, ul.Sovkhoznaya
- Krasnoyarsk, Lebedeva St.
The products must be packed by the counterparty in such a way that, provided that the cargo is handled properly, to prevent damage and (or) damage to it during transportation and storage.
- • Prices in tenders according to the Specification must be indicated in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measurement, excluding VAT, take into account all necessary taxes, duties and other necessary expenses of the counterparty (products, handling, transportation, travel expenses, etc.) for fulfillment of customer orders.
- The goods must be transported in proper packaging, ensuring safety from damage during transportation by all means of transport, taking into account several congestion in transit and storage. Transportation of thermolabile preparations to the Customer is carried out by automobile or other transport in compliance with the "Cold Chain" in thermal containers with cold elements at a temperature of 3-5 ° C (ranging from 2 to 8 ° C) and with a thermal indicator.
- The supplier must: provide copies of documents confirming the quality of the goods (certificates)
- Terms of delivery of goods: from the moment of ordering products within 10 (ten) days.
