The Supplier shall not load the cargo to the container. Engines shall be transported by trucks. One truck is suppsed to carry one engine. Then the cargo shall be loaded into the container (2 engines go into 1 standard 40-feet container) and transported to Riga port and further delivered to the following address: ul. Ganibu dambis 36, Riga LV-1005, Latvia.
Additional terms:
1) Check of packaging integrity and labelling authenticity.
2) Taking photos of the cargo.
3) Cargo insurance.
4) Execution of documents: Export declaration (by order), Bill of lading, CMR
5) Translation of shipping and transport documents.
6) Provision of invoices, certifications, Universal Transfer Document and other supporting documents for all the extra costs within 3 days upon service delivery.
7) Provision of insurance policy at the start of transportation.
8) Customs clearance is not required.
