Additional terms:
1) Check of packaging integrity and labelling authenticity.
2) Taking photos of the cargo.

5) Translation of shipping and transport documents.
6) Provision of invoices, certifications, Universal Transfer Document and other supporting documents for all the extra costs within 3 days upon service delivery.
7) Provision of insurance policy at the start of transportation.
8) Customs clearance is not required.

Comments: Commercial Proposal shall specify all the possible costs related to the cargo transportation on the set route (prime and probable extra costs):
1. Cost of services of cargo transportation on the following route: Stamford, Lincs, UK- Riga, Latvia (to indicate in separate lines):
- insurance
- car delivery to the warehouse of consignee generators
- preparation of documents (HWB, AWB, TIR, CMR/CMR) and EX1
- translation of shipping documents and transport documents
- specify the standard time for unloading at the consignee's warehouse;
- time for unloading included into the service cost.
- Other possible costs shall be specified
2. Time of service delivery from the date of cargo collection from supplier's warehouse till cargo arrival to the destination point (number of days);
3. Commercial proposal validity period.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
