Payment terms:Prices are specified in RUSSIAN rubles without VAT.

Payment order:
Monthly, 100% post payment with deferred payment, the term of postponement – not less than 10 banking days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the acts of executed works (provided the Supplier to the Buyer of the originals of correctly issued primary accounting Documents (accounts, acts, register of employees, passed the medical examination). In the case of services for a part month payment is made proportionally To the spent days.

Payment shall be made by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account.
The date of the Buyer's fulfillment of the obligation to pay is considered to be the day of withdrawal from the bank account.

The Cost must include all costs and requirements listed in Annex [03 of the Technical specification. docx], including transportation costs and other mandatory payments if necessary.

The validity of the tariffs is fixed for 2 years from the date of contract conclusion.
Delivery terms:According to the Customer's needs (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year).

Comments:
Participant up to 14:00 H (Msk) "25" March 2019 must fill and download all the documents listed in paragraph 6 RFP, namely:
1. Full name of the company, organizational and legal form, place and date of registration, legal and postal address, full bank details, contact telephones, e-mail address and other [01 counterparty Card. xlsx].
2. Scan-copy of the letter with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization with consent to the basic conditions of the request for prices and offers [02 Consent to participate. docx].
3. Confirmation form [04 Qualifying requirements. xlsx] on the selected position/positions in Excel format and Scan-copy with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization, as well as supporting documents requested in this form.
4. Commercial offer-in the form of the file [05 Form KP. xlsx] in Excel format and scanned copy with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization.

Attention!!! The Participant can apply for participation on one, several or all positions.

Questions within the framework of the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted in the period up to 12:00 H (Msk) "25" March 2019 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru, and also placed on the E. Site in the section "Explanations"). Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.
