Delivery terms:
1. The presence of a security guard at the facility is mandatory for the entire period under the terms of the contract.
2. Providing uniforms, special equipment, mobile communications and living conditions completely at the expense of the contractor, hereinafter the Contractor;
3. 100% compensation by the Contractor for damage in the event of theft, incl. by third parties, damage to property and inventory, etc. within 15 working days from the date of the claim.
4. The obligation to replace the guard within 24 hours at the request of the Customer.
5. The presence of the Contractor, curators assigned to the objects of protection, for operational interaction with the Customer;
6. The Contractor has a round-the-clock duty officer to resolve operational issues regarding protected facilities.
7. Guards stay outside the shift outside the guarded facility. Accommodation and delivery of security personnel to the facility - at the expense of the Contractor;
8. Power guards at the expense of the Contractor;
9. Penalties for not posting / not posting on schedule;
10. Penalties for failure to perform official duties and violation of labor discipline, including for smoking and drinking alcohol on the territory of the customer and violations of the established form of clothing, etc.
11. The Contractor has a quick response team to quickly resolve potential problems at protected sites.
12. Mandatory integrity check procedure of the contractor:
* the provision of good faith documents specified in the uploaded documentation to this request;
* verification of the presence in the organization’s staff of all employees performing the service;
* provision and verification of accounting and tax reporting for the entire staffing table of the organization (provision by the Contractor of the staffing table and certificate 6 personal income tax), etc., (if a subcontracting organization is involved, a similar package of documentation is also provided for the involved subcontractor);
* personal presence of the Director General when signing the contract at the Customer’s office. (signing of the contract is carried out in the presence of a commission on behalf of the Customer for recording on a video camera).
