Absolutely! Send the participant's questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) and the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 4) before or during the bidding in Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP.

1st stage : Qualification selection . At this stage, participants are selected according to the following criteria:
-Officially employed staff of specialists (at least 10 people)
-Availability in the state : at least 1 art director
at least 4 designers
and at least 1 project/account manager.
-Work experience of at least 2 years in the specified direction.

-The ability to allocate at least 1 project manager to work with TC 5.

To qualify, each participant, by uploading documents to the electronic platform, provides the following data:
Calculation of RSV for 2021
Staffing table
Portfolio of completed projects, presentation of the company (to include in the portfolio cases on
redesign and brand development from scratch and adaptation of the design to new SKUs) for the last 5 years (the Customer and the date of the project are specified).
A letter of guarantee on the assignment of 1 project manager to TS5.

Companies that have not submitted these documents are not allowed to proceed to the next stage .
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
