Comments:
Purchase items are priced without shipping. But it includes packing equal amounts of materials in packs and further into corrugated boxes.

In addition to the purchase item prices, you must fill in the KP form in the procurement documents and attach it to the reply.

Explanations to the form of the CP:
Orders placed on a regular basis (every two weeks):
Poster A1 4+0 (841x594 mm) 115 gsm paper
A4 leaflet 4+0 coated paper 115 gsm
Circulation based on the number of Ozon outlets in the region. Requirement for each item: 1 poster and 2 leaflets. Packaged in a tube.
The number of PVs in the region is listed in the appropriate tab (focus only on your region).
The addresses of the points of issue are available for reference only

The price is not including shipping. Delivery capability for Ozon pick-up points is specified in the corresponding box in yes/no format

Please also specify the possibility of fixing prices for 2022
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
