1 IL's consent to the terms of payment - 100% deferred payment - 60 K.D.
2 Confirmation of the availability of valid accreditation in the field of lighting tests of lighting devices in the FSA "Rosaccreditation" until 31.12.2023..
3 Confirmation of the availability of the technical possibility of measuring photometric and colorimetric characteristics of OP with a length of up to two meters inclusive.
4 Confirmation OR availability of valid certificates of verification (calibration) for all used measuring instruments and test equipment
5 Confirmation of IL use in measurements and tests of only certified methods (included in GOST standards or certified by Rosstandart): - GOST 34819-2021 (GOST R 54350-2015) ""Lighting devices. Lighting requirements and test methods"";
- GOST 23198-2021 (GOST R 55703-2013) ""Electric light sources. Methods of measuring spectral and color characteristics"";
- GOST R 33393-2015 ""Buildings and structures. Methods of measuring the light pulsation coefficient"".
The luminous flux (lm) of the OP should be determined using a goniophotometer according to 6.3.2 or 6.3.3 GOST 34819-2021, or 10.3.2 or 10.3.3 GOST R 54350-2015.
It is allowed to determine the light pulsation coefficient Kp (%) by direct measurement using combined luxmeter + heart rate monitor devices.
6 IL's consent to sign the standard form of the contract without any edits on the part of IL
7 IL's consent to fix the price until 31.12.2023
8 IL's consent to the division of total volumes by competition between IL while maintaining the price
9 IL's consent to fix the price when adjusting the volume during the year in +/- 30%
10 The presence of at least 3 years of IL work experience according to the declared types of tests
11 Approval of IL to perform tests on the entire list of claimed measurements
12 Confirm familiarization with Appendix 7 and the instructions for the competition
13 Inform the deadline for testing, including the issuance of a protocol with a full package of documents to it

1. The final distribution will take into account the proposals of those IL that meet all the requirements of the TOR and the competition.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
