Confirmation or availability of the technical possibility of measuring photometric and colorimetric characteristics of the OP with a length of up to 1.7 meters inclusive.
Confirmation of the availability of valid verification (calibration) certificates for all measuring instruments and test equipment used
"Confirmation of the use of only certified methods (included in GOST standards or certified by Rosstandart) during measurements and tests: - GOST 34819-2021 (GOST R 54350-2015) ""Lighting devices. Lighting engineering requirements and test methods"";
