Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Suppliers!
1.      Preparation of the commercial proposal in accordance with the technical specification with the description of parameters, if possible attach the drawings of materials (KP must be attached with the submission of the application).
2. Delivery time-Specify in KP
3.  Requirements for payment conditions at the conclusion of the contract: 100% payment for performed works is made by the customer at the expiry of 61 calendar day from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of completed works by the parties
4. The contract form is developed by the customer
