To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer (template attached to the auction)
2. Reference sheet (template attached to the auction).
3. It is necessary to have the consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) for the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available (by codes 1100, 1400) and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. Mandatory consent of the taxpayer to disclose tax secrets must be displayed on the information resource.charter-ak.rf (detailed information in the files: -Requirement for consent;

4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign, without making changes, without a protocol of disagreements:
- contract in the form of TB (attached to the auction);
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).

- consent to the processing of personal data of the person signing the contract (attached to the auction)
5. We invite you to sign a standard agreement on the electronic exchange of documents (attached to the auction)
6. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents according to the List of package of documents for concluding an agreement
7. In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will be considered as not complying with the Terms of Reference.
Offers stated in this procedure, without a Commercial offer supported by the Lots, will not be considered.
