To participate in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to confirm the commercial proposal, signed and stamped on the letterhead of the organization.
The commercial proposal must indicate the following:
1. Purchase subject
2. Delivery time (in calendar days)
3. Terms of payment
4. Experience with Rusagro Group - years, on the market - years
5. Product shelf life guarantees

It is necessary to attach constituent documents to the commercial proposal (certified TIN, PSRN, Charter, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, order on the appointment of a head), Licenses.

The model contract is supported in the bidding documents.

Offers stated in this procedure, without a Commercial offer supported by the Lots, will not be considered.
